Prince Kayammer

Prince Kayammer se narodil a vyrostl v Thessaloniké. Profesionálně se tanci věnuje od roku 2003. Láska k egyptskému stylu ho dovedla do Káhiry, kde studoval u velkých mistrů egyptského tance, převážně z Nilegroup. Od roku 2004 byl učitelem a choreografem na mnoha řeckých školách a vystupoval v prestižních restauracích, casinech a hotelech po celém Řecku.

V roce 2007 nastartoval svou mezinárodní kariéru, když se vydal na taneční turné po Evropě (Belgie, ČR, Kypr, Velká Británie, Švýcarsko, Holandsko, Finsko, Německo, Estonsko, Srbsko, Rusko, Ukrajina). Je držitelem 20 zlatých medailí z různých mezinárodních soutěží. Byl také členem populární skupiny The Sultans of Raqs.

V roce 2008 založil svůj vlastní festival Oriental Dance Festival, který byl vůbec prvním orientálním festivalem v Řecku.

Jako první také v Řecku vytvořil profesionální tréninkový program pro orientální tanečníky a tanečnice zahrnující teoretické i praktické předměty. Program zahájil v roce 2011 v Thessaloniké a v Athénách.

Prince Kayammer je známý pro svou skvělou techniku a silné a emotivní provedení tance. Patří mezi nejvyhledávanější tanečníky současnosti.

Prince Kayammer was born and raised in Thessaloniki. He began dancing professionally in 2003. His love for the Egyptian dance led him to Cairo, where he studied alongside the big Masters of Egyptian dance mostly in Nilegroup Festival. Since 2004 he worked as a teacher and choreographer in many dance schools in Greece and from 2004 to 2009 he was performing nightly in the most prestigious arabic restaurants,weddings hotels and cazinos all over Greece. Prince Kayammer was a member of the male dance troupe Sultans of Raqs, which toured for performances and workshops in Europe from 2007 to 2009.

In 2007 he started his International career by touring Europe as Guest Teacher & Artist in Dance & Culture festivals in Belgium, Czech Republic, Netherlands, UK, Cyprus, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Germany, Finland, Estonia, Serbia but also in Russia and Ukraine.

He trained a lot of proffesional dancers in Greece and abroad and his choreographies has won more than 20 Golden medals in National & International competions.

Prince Kayammer formed the first Oriental Dance Festival in Greece (Thessaloniki) in October 2008 including workshops from 5 International teachers,Gala show and hafla.

He was also the first instructor to create a proffesional dance training course including 24h of theoretical issues & practical application of the Egyptian dance in Athens and Thessaloniki 2011.

Well known for his great technique and strong,full of emotions dance character he is one of the most sought-after performers and instructors nowadays.
