Pole Choreography

Pole Choreography,  can be adapted to different levels, have either static or spinning pole within one sessionis, is the class where:

• you put a lot of focus on how to incorporate pole moves into the music and certain style,
• work on your pole transitions and movement originality,
• work on how to connect pole and floor,
• improve execution quality focusing on details,
• broaden your skills in movement and your awareness through the movement,
• challenge yourself as a pole dancer,
• emphasize on your artistry.
